Just For kicks is the ideal program if you just want to concentrate on the fitness aspect of martial arts training. Just for Kicks is not a martial art, it is a high impact cardiovascular activity suitable for both children and adults, which develops and improves, physical fitness, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and speed.
