Taekwon-Do is the scientific use of the body for self-defence. As a martial art it has no equal. As an art form it is graceful yet powerful. As a sport it is dynamic exciting and fun. Taekwon-Do will improve your fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and self-confidence. Taekwon-Do training is safe, practical and most of all enjoyable. Taekwon-Do is for all ages, male or female.

For adults, our structured training programme will help equip each student with the knowledge and necessary skills required to ably defend themselves. Fitness and flexibility is simply a by-product of the training methods utilised by the Principal Instructor (also a qualified Personal Trainer) guaranteed to keep you positively motivated in his pursuit for your excellence.
